Are the bubble magus skimmers any good? Are the pumps quite? Anybody have the bm_180e and how do you like it? how does this skimmer compare to the octopus 160 extreme or the swc 160?

I own a bubble magus(NAC6a) and its very quite. The only thing I hear is the air being sucked in.

How long have you had the nac6a skimmer and how do you like it? Is there anything you do not like about it ? How much room do you need to remove the skimmer cup and is the skimmer easy to clean? Sorry for all the ? and thanks for your help

I had my for 2yrs and its 6.7" * 10.4" * 19.6". If I were to buy one again I would get a cone like the BM-220a.

I have had Nac6, Nac7, Nac3.5, and currently Nac8. Also had a bubble magus doser and bubble magus storage containers. All are silent, all are reliable. Never once had a restart issue. I would never hesitate to buy any bubble magus products.

looks like a good deal to me....
only thing that worries me would be whether or not they can be fully disassembled?...the old style ATB cone bodies could not be so I would inquire first before ordering since their description is minimal at best...

They can be fully disassembled. Someone has the same skimmer and had pics of it fully disassembled.
